I rated this burger joint 1 star because there isn't an option for zero. We visited with the intention of enjoying a cheeseburger, fries, onion rings, corn dogs, hot dogs, and milkshakes for lunch. However, the rude employee running the place started shouting at us for no reason. Due to this unacceptable behavior, we decided not to make any purchases and left immediately. We won't be spending our money at King Charley's again! We also hope never to encounter that disrespectful person again. It would be great if they faced consequences for their actions!
I would give this place a generous 3 out of 5. The food is excellent, but I wish their summer hours were a bit later—closing at 8 PM feels too early. On my second visit, I arrived around 7:55 PM only to find they were already closed. The parking lot was empty, and there were no employees around, which is disappointing when businesses don't adhere to their posted hours. It seems like the owner isn't suited for the service industry. With better management, this restaurant could easily achieve five times its current potential. Food: 5.
Love this place, great bacon burgers. One problem is the guy that works here, he has seen me for 10 years we come in 4 5x a week. IF I PAY WITH DEBIT he gets weird and demands my id then sits there looking it over too thoroughly acting like it's fake. He yells at people if they turn too closely he is just an azzz. Wish they drop him he is obvisouly a family member but he's doing harm as I refuse to go here anymore becasue of him. Service: Take out
If I could, I would give this place zero stars. I've finally given up on trying to eat here. I'm really disappointed because it feels like they're closed more often than they're open. I honestly don't understand how they manage to stay in business with so many closures. And if you're curious about their hours, don't rely on what's posted online. Réservez une table maintenant
Are they even still open? I've stopped by 4 times this past month, and driven past and l haven't seen anyone inside or out for that matter. I'm wondering if they have closed down, or doing re-training with the recent reviews they've been given. Regardless, I still enjoy picking up food there, and hope they are not gone.
