It has been awhile since we have been to king 's arm 's There was a good new girl there this evening. I pre-apologise for misspelling your name, Annalise(terrible I know . We noticed you were new and since my wife and I both deal with the public, we watched you: Instead of staying in the shadows $waitress was busy looking and asking for things to do. Even after we *thought* we had an error on the bill at the end, the owner or manager (politely showed us the 'happy hour ' beer discount, and she was still full of smiles even though we were the ones that made the mistake. I 'm sometimes guilty of thinking otherwise when dealing with people . Hehe.
I recently revisited the Kings Arms after many years and was impressed by the beautiful building. I was pleased to see that they offer vegan options on the menu. I opted for the vegetable stir-fry, but they also have a vegetable bowl, veggie curry, and the Beyond burger available. The stir-fry was decent, nothing extraordinary but satisfying. The historic building with a brick fireplace, stained glass windows, and skylights adds to the charm of the place. Whether you're looking for a drink or a bite to eat, this is a great spot to visit.
We started our meal with sizzling mushrooms. They sound as good as they taste. Hubby had Seafood Alfredo. Mussels were in their shells, shrimp still had their tails. Because of the Alfredo sauce, it was a bit messy. Tasted good though. I had the Chicken and Bacon Alfredo. It was delicious. I did make the mistake of automatically adding salt and pepper without tasting first. Next time I won't as there is enough salt in the bacon. My fault. I would recommend all of our dishes.
What a amazing experience!! The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful. The atmosphere was great and the service was top notch. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. I believe our server name was Carla, she was awesome. Would totally recommend this place to anyone and our family and friends.
Was pretty good, i got the pulled pork sandwich and my fiancee got the haddock bowl. The only complaint i have is that my pulled pork sandwich wasnt fully pulled as i had big chunks of pork. The sauce was awesome! Waitreses were amazing and more than acommidating for our disabled son.
