Looking for a restaurant as we were meeting friends, both coming from long distances and we thought we had discovered a fun exciting eatery. Food was good, service was not. The deep fried mushrooms were delicious. Loved the idea of getting a flight of flavored lemonades. The pulled pork with mac-n-cheese as well as the Reuben were wins. The lobster roll was good, although I wished I would have ordered something different. Menus on line are not up to date. The service was not consistent. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. Every dish was delicious and well-prepared. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who made our meal even more enjoyable, also rating a perfect 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and pleasant, creating a wonderful backdrop for our evening. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I highly recommend it!
The food was decent, but the service was poor. The biggest issue, however, was being charged $15 for a child's burger, only to find my debit card billed $103 instead of the expected $82 for the meal. I've been on hold with a manager for 20 minutes and will have to make the trek back to Bluffton to dispute the charge. If you're not a local, proceed with caution. I do NOT recommend this subpar burger joint. Service: Dine-in.
Had 2 servers. 1st was fine. 2nd was distracted. Brought food but didn't put the food on the table. She allowed someone to distract her. We had to take the food from her hands. The food was not as good as it was when place was called Luke's. Probably will not visit again. Review based from a friend that is local that I dined with. Service is terrible since Kira took over. This place used to be an enjoyable place to eat. Now I just order takeout. Kitchen still makes a good pizza. Wish there was a way to pick up my food and not have to interact with the staff. They’re so rude. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
