na de vele positieve commentaren op tripadvisor were onze verwachtingen hoog. we were ontgoocheld. ondanks voorafgaande reservering moesten we een helped uur watch. de cordon bleu bleek uitverkocht. het hertengebraad wordt volgens de kaart geserveerd met aardappelkrokette, maar kwam zonder uitleg met een smakeloze soort noedels. ook het hertenvlees leek eerder kookt dan braden. toen we de Eigenares over aanspraken, zei ze "oh yes, ik weet, de engelse vertaling van onze menu is verkeerd." ik begrijp realer wel genoeg duits om te weten dat er aardappelkroketten bedoeld...Dit soort reactie is niet correct en enkelen here come we niet meer terug.
The best restaurant in St Anton AND Pettneu am Arlberg. We ate here 4 times in our 7-day trip, as it was the best quality food and the staff was so beautiful. Salad bar to go with your food, many veggie options and even a vegan menu. Can not recommend enough! Appropriate compared to St Anton, which is expensive. We haven't eaten in another restaurant in the area because nowhere was so good!
we have been coming for 8 years to pettneu to ski and go every evening to the kirchplatz’l. the service is very friendly and fast, eating good quality and always tastes very good. it is for everyone something on the menu, whether meatier, vegetarian or vegan. we can recommend the restaurant without restriction.
Group of us went to celebrate a family birthday. The staff made some lovely gestures and were very friendly. Food was excellent and more reasonably priced than St Anton. Wines were expensive and they ran out of Apfel Strudel. Otherwise excellent.

many thanks for the nice talks. very sympathetic and honestly interested - great. eat great. delicious groestl, good casspatzen. the griebenschmalz as a home starter was a ravine. inside very nice and cozy. happy again!
we were only there for coffee and cake. in which locally smoked until 17 o'clock, which is really not pleasant. we went back quickly after the coffee because it was so smoked. Pity!
vrijdag na aankomst gegeten bij kirchplatz1. we come here al jaren. voorheen went we meestal voldaan de deur uit; de afgelopen 2x byden we de prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding niet goed.
Popped into this restaurant for a drink and a meal on two evenings. Friendly, good hearty Austrian food. Local bar and relaxing atmosphere. Book if you want to eat. Always busy.
