I tried the boba from here and it was absolutely fantastic. Loved that they had flavor diversity, only complaint would be that they only have one cup size but it was also fairly priced for the great quality :

Kirin use to be great. It is still very reasonable, nice inside and the workers are very nice but the chicken is not edible and chewy and cheap. Keep getting disappointed . Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
