I'm Vietnamese of origin and I wanted to test a few dishes to take to this caterererer. owners speak Vietnamese well, but the dishes have nothing to do with Vietnamese cuisine. It's completely unborn. The nems are only chicken or shrimp (i.e., rice cake and one shrimp, nothing else!). the traditional dish of "caramel spray", which is a must of Vietnamese cuisine, is made with chicken. It is simple, there is no pork-containing dish in this restaurant while it is the basis of Vietnamese cuisine!bref, very, very disappointed. and in the end, the addition is relatively expensive for what it is.
