We visited here yesterday for lunch. Our last visit is best forgotten...a disaster! We was all pleasantly surprised. New staff, smart black uniforms, and showed some sort of control throughout the busy time. The weak link comes from communication between the waiters and the kitchen staff. This is why the mealtime ‘stutters’. The waiters are ordering, and the kitchen produces it. The waiters run around after new customers, and the food stands and goes cold in the kitchen. Escuché que el jefe de Kisuki es muy famoso en el campo de la restauración y se dice que es de Beijing. Nunca lo he visto en persona, así que no estoy seguro de que el ambiente gastronómico del restaurante no sea malo. Otros restaurantes chinos aquí, su sabor es un poco más norteño, lo cual se considera normal para mí, ¡un auténtico pekinés! La verdad es que nada más comer el pato asado sabrás que no está recién hecho, y no tiene comparación con el pato asado de Pekín teniendo en cuenta que esto es España, olvídalo, pero otros aspectos no están mal. Have visited this restaurant many times and have to say what a great pity to see such a lovely restaurant fall apart. The food is still good but the service is abysmal. The staff need decent uniforms and a lot of training in customer care. One starter was forgotten and took twenty minutes to arrive at the same time as the mains. Staff are quite morose and scruffy, the guy who was at the front of house seems to have left, they need him back pronto. Sad to say we won't be visiting again. Gave two stars for the decor, none for service.
El restaurante es súper espacioso, cada uno tiene su propio mueble comedor. Hay un robot sirviéndote los platos. Su menú era barato y tenía opciones vegetarianas. La comida era normal pero definitivamente valió la pena el precio (12 € por persona para el menú completo). El servicio fue muy pobre y se puede mejorar.

Muy bueno y muy amables la comida buena . Ayer dia15 de Julio ,nos atendió Jesús, muy amable y buen servicio. Toda la comida fresca y rica . Y el sitio es de ¡ 10! . Hoy 6 de Octubre ,hemos comido también,muy rica toda la comida . Es muy grande ,pero estaba casi lleno.
Todo muy bien menos un camarero calvo que te habla con una prepotencia y sobervia brutal cuando le expones algun problema le dices cualquier cosa y te quiere hacer creer q es tu culpa seguire yendo pero intentare q no me atienda el
Hemos cenado muy bien y a un buen precio. Los platos estaban todos buenísimos. Además era un cumpleaños y nos han hecho el favor de ponernos las velas y la música. El ambiente y la decoración son muy bonitos. Volveremos sin duda.
Great food, good service , bad toilets but overall good we ordered it 3 times during our time in Elche was very good food the local was good as well but they could start to clean their toilets a bit more often
