Kitaro Surf Turf Sushi

We have been here several times and food and service have always been great. However, yesterday we did a pick up order and absolutely everything was terrible. Our rainbow roll came with plastic on the inside, and my miso ramen came without the toppings including the pork belly I called the restaurant and they credited me the rainbow roll. However, I feel that for restaurant this is some thing that should not happen. We drove there, drove back home and was completely disappointed.

Lindsay is an awesome server with great energy a d attention to detail. Power Lunch bento bos is such a good value with delicious options. Price per person: $100+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Miso Soup, Crab Rangoon, Sushi

2nd time ordering and I was disappointed again : Portions are small and over priced. Kitaro Monster Roll Shrimp Tempura, Snow Crab and Avacado had 1 piece of shrimp at the end of the roll. Honestly not any better than Jewel.
