Kith And Kith Treats Manhasset

I'm giving this place three stars because it's not terrible but also really nothing special. Had the vanilla ice cream with Cookie Crisp and Kit Kat. The ice cream just tasted like a Wendy's Frosty and there wasn't enough of two mix-ins to really taste them. Serving size was also quite small. Range of toppings is actually limited. Had high expectations for this new place given the association with Kith and because I recently went to the Milk and Cream Cereal Bar in Astoria, where I first experienced the whole mixing ice cream with cereal and candy thing. I drove 10 minutes just to get my son ice cream and he had to wait in line for 20 minutes in the cold weather, when it was time for him the order, the teen brutally rejected him and slammed the window shut even though there was still thirty minutes left until closing time. The service and and the attitude is horrible and this is no way to treat a customer especially an eleven year old boy. Why would anyone still want to buy ice cream at this place when they are targeting the very customers (children) that want to buy their ice cream? I can understand that they all want to go home and all but the attitude and the window slamming was unnecessary. They as if just pretended that he wasn’t there...

Staff must have been high as a kite. My order was skipped numerous times. After asking if they forgot my order the cashier said “I gotchu”. They continued to skip my simple single ice cream order as I watched milk shakes and special ice creams come out for the customers that ordered after me. After asking again on numerous occasions where my order was they continued to say “its coming”. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague until they hire a staff that’s not completely brain dead.

Lazy staff. Stopped serving 15 minutes before closing time. The lady with short green hair blamed it on the manager. Not coming here again.

Horrible. A 30 minute wait even if you're the only one in line. Not worth the aggravation.
