Klatch Coffee Ontario

I visited this location today, July 27, 2024, after four previous visits. Unfortunately, on this fifth visit, my order was taken incorrectly and ended up being made wrong after a wait of over ten minutes. The manager mistakenly prepared a bitter drink. She remade it, but unfortunately, it was still incorrect and overly sweet. After leaving and driving back, she tried to fix it again and provided me with a $5 gift card, even though my drink cost $7.44. I felt this was inappropriate, considering the drink's price, and there was no apology for wasting nearly 30 minutes of my time. This place is super close to my house so I tend to go before work. I order through the app and I appreciate that I’m always greeted and my drink is always ready. But I always order an Oat Capp on Tap and ask for 3 splendas to be added. I’m not sure why but they NEVER add the splendas. Today I even specified in the details if they can mix the splendas in and still, nope. I tried to ask a barista if there was a way I can specify further so that the splendas are actually mixed in (maybe they aren’t supposed to mix them for some reason? and she got weirdly defensive so no solution was offered. I literally just want to be in and out I’m truly not sure why this is an issue

Klatch Coffee is a fantastic spot for delicious coffee and friendly service. The café features a pleasant seating area both indoors and outdoors, perfect for savoring your coffee or enjoying a delightful breakfast or lunch. They offer a great variety of alternative milks, including oat milk and their homemade almond-cashew milk. Both the coffee and tea are exceptional. As a local business, I highly recommend Klatch over chains like Starbucks or Coffee Bean.

The iced matcha latte with oat milk was outstanding. The iced crème brûlée latte was enjoyable, although it had a flavor similar to Starbucks coffee. I highly recommend the iced matcha latte! The warmed cheese Danish was also a real treat. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5. Réservez une table maintenant

The quality of the espresso seems to be declining; it has a diluted flavor that lacks the boldness it used to have. They've also started using more acidic citrus beans, which I don't particularly enjoy. On a positive note, the staff is incredibly nice and friendly.

The avocado toast with sumac and cucumbers was delicious, and we also enjoyed a pumpkin muffin along with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. The pour-over coffee was tasty as well! Our server was very friendly and accommodating.

The coffee was excellent, striking the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. The food was delicious and served quickly. The staff were friendly and had a great attitude too.

Nice place to get a sweet drink. Tasty ice mocha. $5.65. The private restrooms here are more clean than most places. I appreciate the service here. Thank you. Réservez une table maintenant
