On a beautiful weekend, I took a hike up to the Klippentum. I took the train to Rinteln and its a short walk through a residential area to the woods where the trail is marked with white paint slashes on trees. There aren't any signs for the trailhead until you are halfway up the mountain. It was a good hike and there are two main trails to take. One is a little steeper and shorter as opposed to the other longer and more gradual. A 360 degree view on top is rewarding from the stone tower at the summit. Most rewarding is the little refreshment area in the tower building, where beer, wine, soft drinks and limited cakes are available. If you have a nice weather day, Klippentum is a worthwhile hi...

I took the train to rinteln and his short walk through a residential area to the woods where the road is marked with white color splashes on trees. there are no signs. for the trailhead until you're half up. there was a good walk and there are two main routes to take. the one is somewhat steeper and shorter than the other longer and more gradual. a view of the conclusion is rewarded by the stone tower on the summit. the reward is the small refreshment facility in the tower building where beer, wein, softdrinks and limited cake are available. if they have a nice weather day, cliffs are a rewarding hike.
mit 3 leutensteht man am tresen und es dauert, bis er sich aus dem privatgesprächen mit anderen gästen (die einzigen zu dem zeitpunkt) löst.fragt mich was ich möchte,,,,einen kakao mit sahne.,...dann muß ich erst mal tassen spülen,,,,rauscht ab und fragt noch nicht mal meine zwei begleiter neben mir was sie möchten.... cool
long walk a steep slope up from the rinteln side. best tries if they are adequately fit and not infirm. there is a small caffe on the top selling cake, coffee and beer. good looking at the wesertal.

Ein schöner Anlaufpunkt für kleine Wanderungen, das Essensangebot ist ok. An schönen Tagen kann man auch draußen auf Bänken sitzen mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Wesertal.

Ein sehr schönes Ausflugsziel mit Gastronomie mit kleinen Speisen und Kuchen, alles empfehlenswert. Ausblick auf Rinteln ist wunderschön.

Super Location. Netter Wirt und leckere Sachen. Bei jedem Wetter ein lohnendes Ziel. Die Aussicht ist Top.
