that is often said, one must eat for when in the whitehorse, and with quite good reason. the restaurant is only seasonal open for the most important tourist times (i.e. closed for winter. eating is quite good in the regular, and they offer a lot of game meat from yukon animals like elch and bison. they also have a few fishing opportunities from regional fish like salmon and healed by yukon and alaska. good atmosphere, good staff, good eating. it's hard to go wrong with a visit here. the catch is that the restaurant is quite small and can wait long.

came here for a nice Sunday dinner and we were not disappointed! I had the crab cake for a starter, the salmon dish for dinner and took a piece of pecan cake to go. the food was great, the service was great and so were all the workers with whom we interacted, and the country playlist made everything much better! definitely can't wait to come back! came after a day of wandering and announcing to dinner. a great, delicious, unfussy and hearty meal. the fried fish was salmon (sometimes I haven't tried) – excellent. chewed chicken was great with elchgravur. there were enough to feed a little poor. the decor is very rustic and funny. I think this is a great place to enjoy in whitehorse!

I think this is a great place to enjoy in whitehorse!

Arrive early to get your name on the list; otherwise, you might have to wait around an hour for a table. The atmosphere is fantastic, and everyone—from the staff to the other diners—is friendly. The food is delicious, and it's a great spot for families. If you're familiar with Yellowknife, it’s similar to Bullocks.

Came for lunch. Staff very friendly and got in quickly. Looks like it gets busy. Food is good. Had a BLT wrap and Salmon sandwich. The fries need seasoning and to be honest the salmon piece was pretty small. Everything was adequate but nothing outstanding. Réservez une table maintenant

Another great meal was had when visiting Whitehorse. I still dream about the salmon we had here six years ago and while we were here for lunch this time, I made sure to get a salmon skewer to have it again. Great service and food!

excellent eating. large portions. very friendly and attentive host. cool atmosphere. seasonal, so we had luck to visit during our trip. would eat here again without hesitating.
