Kloppendiek - Réservation de table

Eine Zweitagesradtour stand an am Himmelfahrtswochenende. Meine Frau und ich hatten uns als Ziel das Zwillbrocker Venn im westlichen Münsterland erwählt. Dort wollten wir für eine Nacht im Landhotel und Gasthaus Kloppendiek bleiben. Das Zwillbrocker Venn und die umliegenden Gebiete stellen ein Naturschutzgebiet erster Güte dar, und besonders die Zwillbrocker Flamingokolonie ist sehr bekannt. Das Hotel kannte ich von einigen geschäftlichen Vorbeifahrten und hatte immer die sehr idyllische Lage direkt an der Grenze registriert. In November we had diner witj friends , in november there is a good choose of wild and goose next to the normal card. The hotel restaurant is situatet 200 meters from the Dutch border. In some way or an other the restaurants in Germany are cheaper than the Dutch with at leasr the same quality. We were sitting in the fron t part of the restaurant, the more cosy part. Food was good and also the service of the personel was very friendly. When you are here in summer there is a nice terrace on the outside Biergarten in German language) where you can have a nice beer and also some snacks.

This restaurant is right on the Dutch border with view across to the baroque church in Zwillbrock. We stayed in the Kaminzimmer, which is cosy and has a nice fire place (hence the name). The food is very traditional German, we enjoyed the game in particular. The beers are great and the service is quick and friendly. I can imagine that the beer garden would be very popular in the summer.

The diner served at 14.00 was good. Very broad menu choice. May is the asparagus month. We enjoyed 2 different plates and the combined it. In German Lecker , it was good. Fair pricing and the kitchen staff really took care. Réservez une table maintenant

Looking out on a lovely little church and right beside beautiful nature with flamingos. The staff is very friendly. Choice in drinks, special beers and food is excellent. I always get a holiday feeling here.

Before taking a walk finding the flamingos at the Zwilbrocker Venn we had a drink in this restaurant. Very neat, good service and friendly staff. And a normal price.
