This restaurant does not aim to provide culinary excitement, rather its purpose is to ensure that tourists in Seligenstadt can get a quick bite to eat (sweet or savoury) and a drink (hot or cold) before continuing on their way. The menu is therefore a...tad boring, but it will allow you to take the edge of your hunger to the end of a day of sightseeing.

the Kloster cafe is one of if not our favourite places to sit and have a drink the view over the gardens is great, but that's not our prime reason to visit it's the food and drinks . there are lots of cakes but as...I am on a diet I can't have any which is a big pity for me we have had another enjoyable visit and hope to be back again soon.

we visited here a formal reception on a terrace overlooking the impeccable garden and returned for two meals in this historic city center destination. competitive price and delicious suppening, perfect cake. real sheet tee selection rather the usual tee bags. it is a very rewarding community. project so that they also help young people.

We decided that this café is our hotspot during our stay in Seligenstadt. It is not specifically hip or fancy but the location is brilliant, and the (home made cakes are very nice. All staff working there is handicapped in one way or another and...they do their utmost to make your stay pleasant. What's there not to like? Réservez une table maintenant

the caffe is a place for which we always go when we are in the opposite it is a great place to sit and relax the gardens are beautiful, but eating is well worth visiting, today was disappointing as we had no time. it was just a drink that we are happy to eat on our next visit.

Kloster Cafe in quaint Seligenstadt is the perfect stop for a light lunch, great soups and yummy cakes! The garden is so beautiful. Then take a walk through the village and along the river, perfect and relaxing!

beautiful view, in the middle of garden and closed. the price is also cheap. only the employees are not so happy, but hey, it was Sunday and they need to work.

It’s lovely to sit in this cafe overlooking the gardens. The cafe serves lovely cakes, soups, and even a Benedictine toast, which I enjoyed.
