Heute waren wir mit der Familie in diesem Restaurant. Man merke- an einem Touristenort. Meine Schwester ging voraus und fragte ob es Platz gäbe für 10 Personen zum Essen. Kein Problem war die Antwort. Wir nahmen Platz und wurden für die Getränke gefragt. Der Kellner war freundlich. Allerdings kam anschliessend die Kellnerin/Köchin/Chefin??? Keine Ahnung welches ihre Funktion ist. Aber uns fiel die Kinnlade als ihre Aussage war:"Also was möchten sie essen?? Ich hoffe sie haben nicht alle verschiedene Teller!!!!" Das war unter aller S.... . Das ist weder gastfreundlich noch professionell. Eigentlich hätten wir da schon aufstehen und gehen sollen. Denn wenn ein Restaurant mit der eigenen Karte...
It became obvious that the quality of our meal was bad when 3 out of the 4 of my party left more than half of their meal uneaten. I was asked if the meal was good and I replied "No actually, it's not". The gentleman waiter immediately approached the manageress who came to our table to investigate... She needn't have bothered. After showing her the amount of oil which poured out of my rosti and the fatty cuttings from my snitzel she simply said "Well, it is pork". I wasn't in the mood for a debate so asked for the bill (CHF124:00 or GBP100.66). The attitude of the manageress became very frosty and incredulous. Lors de notre visite dans ce joli village, nous avions envie d'une fondue! Parfait ce restaurant en propose. Malheureusement, la serveuse semblait super stressée alors que le restaurant n était pas plein, nous avons attendu une heure pour recevoir... un truc mousseux trop liquide qui ne ressemblait en rien à une fondue! Sans parler du goût... nous l avons signalé pour se faire dire que c'était surprenant car c'était la meilleure de la ville! Elle l a reprise en cuisine, est revenu 5min après pour nous dire que nous avions raison et qu'ils en refaisait une. Plus l'envie d'attendre nous sommes parties. Gentil geste commercial, nous n'avons pas eu à payer nos boissons. Un conseil? N y aller pas...
If you like your food swimming in oil and extremely bad waiter service. This restaurant is not cheap and to be here on family visit to show them the sights and supposedly quality of food for Switzerland it's embarrassing and shocking. The service from our waitress with the bob hair was not good she is rude and incompetent. Not good service or food and I do not recommend at all!!!

Cadre tranquil et reposant, ici on trouve des SUPER Rœsti.A l entrée une salade verte qui était excellente avec une bonne bière.Walliser Rœsti était très bonne et copieuse. Prix suisse mais bonne qualité!Ici on est pas stressé. On est en suisse!!
Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall hier ein Cordon Bleu zu essen, ist echt gross und wer Hunger hat bekommt genug. Normalerweise mit Pommes und Gemüse. Ein Salat im Voraus ist wohl für viele dann das bisschen zu viel...Am besten im Voraus reservieren.
Dans une ambiance sympathique et chaleureuse, le patron propose un panel de röstis très varié. A la bernoise, à l'argovienne, à la valaisanne... plusieurs cantons y passent pour le plaisir des clients. Une adresse à ne pas manquer!
