we had to drive about half an hour to try this place, and it was worth it. it's a sweet little room, you can't eat inside. the personal is super! they take their time with each customer. when learning it was our first time that they were very friendly and helpful. the people behind us were masters who actually returned a servier record they had borrowed. obviously this business is known in the community. the kolachen were good, and I loved the diversity. I don't eat meat, and they had many possibilities for me that I loved, I got the white and lazy and the whole bagel. the all bagel colache I will get definitiw every time. they had other vegetarian options and listed a cancer cache on the website that I will definitely try if they are available on my next visit. on the cinnamon rolls. I don't even know what to say. we have the celestial and the musella kolaches. I have avoided some of the others because they did not have so much frost, not knowing that they offer after pulling the cinnamon rolls to add EXTRA stuff to them, which of course I have said. after my man and I had finished the two cinnamon rolls, we wish we had ordered each taste. I want to choose a day to not act like an adult, and I plan to come here and order as many cinnamon rolls as I would have in my childhood to eat them, not feel good, because of my decision, and look back on them and not regret. if you live near, go! if you live on, plan a trip, it is worth it!
Kolache here is great but the service wasn't too good. We ordered about 10 kolache in total and they kept forgetting our sweet kolache order. We had to tell them 3 times at the checkout. They treated other people who got only 1 or 2 kolache better than us. I meant maybe they know those people because they come often, but seriously, they don't want to treat new people well??And when we asked for bags since there were just so many small paper bags of kolache that we ordered, they gave us one only. And the girl at checkout just gave an upset face when she dropped our sweet ones down.There are some other kolache shops like this but a bit further from our house so we will check those places out, maybe they will have better service than here.
Love this place! The owner is amazing as are all the employees! They have gluten free selections in the back, separate from other items and they are delicious. Just get there early! The gluten eaters in my house loved all the kolaches they sampled including black bean enchilada, crab Rangoon, Spinach dip and others.
