All in all I was quite happy with our meals. I had a beef noodle bento (noodles are 50c extra but absolutely worth it , he had a chicken bento. It was all good, but the chicken was better than the beef, mainly because the beef was just slightly overdone. They'd gotten a nice char on it but went too far as it was no longer juicy on the inside. The chicken on the other hand had a nice outer char but was still nice and juicy. I ordered from Kobe Japan Hibachi using Uber Eats. The spicy tuna roll was tasty, but I found it wasn't very spicy. Additionally, the beef in the beef hibachi lacked flavor; it could have really benefited from a bit more seasoning.
The beef and chicken hibachi lacked any flavor; there was no salt, no umami—just the taste of old oil. The spring rolls were also disappointing, lacking in flavor and being mushy on the inside.
