Kobe Japanese Steakhouse Clearwater

The hostess was rude and laughed in one of parties face when he asked to speak to a manager because we had a reservation and they were 35 minutes late seating us. This is not the first time we’ve had an issue with the same hostess being rude. The chef was awful. The shows are normally excellent while they are cooking but he was not energetic and did not put on the show like normal. The server was on point and we still tipped well to make sure the server got what he deserved regardless of the lack of friendliness by the remainder of the staff. Our reservation was at 630 and we didn’t even start until after 7:30. The price has gone up and they cut our portions as well. Is this what we are...
