Kobé Japanese Steakhouse Tampa

We try to make every New Year's Eve Kobe dining experience. By we, I mean, my neighbor, my husband and myself. The food never disappoints. My eyes are always too big for my belly but I bring the leftovers home, that is whatever leftovers are left that my husband hasn't eaten. The gentleman that took our orders, and our drinks and appetizer orders was excellent. I wish I could remember his name. He was one of the best we've ever had. As I said, our food was great as always. And our chef was very good. It wasn't quite the experience we've had before, but it was very good.

I was charged $4 for a toddler tea, which is the same price as an adult tea, and my child didn't even drink it. I'll opt for water next time. I went for lunch and there was only one chef working. We had to wait a long time for the chef to finish with another table before he could attend to us, resulting in a long delay between our soup/salad and the chef's arrival. However, the food was excellent as always.

Confirmed reservation several times where the importance of arriving on time was stressed to us. Did not get seated until almost 30 minutes after our reservation time. Took an additional 20 minutes to place our meal order and start to receive soup and salad. Chef and server were wonderful, but to not start eating over an hour after our reservation time is a bit much.

Definitely not worth the to go cocktails. They are 9.50 each and the class is both of the pouches combined. The food was just ok, but not bad. The take out process was pretty quick and employee was not. Overall just not worth the money. Many better options for take out food and drinks. Just check out the glory days take out margarita! Food was amazing! Ethan was definitely the life of the party and engaged well with our 4 year old that had never been. The dressing on the salad was soooo tasty and the drinks were also great. Can't wait to go back. We had the sumo combination, the Salmon and the chicken. Everyone loved their food

We had a lovely family dinner with excellent food prepared right in front of us, and the chef was fantastic. This was our second time dining at Kobe in Brandon, and we shared the experience with family visiting from out of state. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! We will certainly be returning.

The food was good. A little bit on the high price for what you are getting. Sushi was on point. This restaurant is casual family dining not a fancy/date night place. Service was good. They said it up front, but I don?t like when the restaurant impose 18% tip.

Muffin was our server and she was phenomenal as was the chef!! I told muffin her and the chef need to be paired up ALL the time. They made you feel welcomed and they matched our energy. We had fun from the time we sat down to the moment we paid our bill. Réservez une table maintenant

The table was unclean, and a few of our plates needed to be replaced due to dirt. The food quality was average; the vegetables were burnt, the meat was overcooked, and the rice was served twenty minutes later. I do not recommend this restaurant.

It was an amazing adventure,our grandkids, youngest 2yrs.old to the oldest 19yrs old..loved the entertainment and the staff was awesome ??. Food was so delicious and the drinks were powerful.... recommend the scorpion for two,to everyone
