It would take too long to describe every dish, but one of my highlights was the tartare—remarkable, especially since I'm not a fan of raw fish! The combination of caviar with the raw fish and fried rice balls was mind-blowing; I could eat that all day. Additionally, the sushi was the best I’ve ever had. I occasionally try sushi, but nothing else comes close. The flavor combinations were simply incredible, and the rice made with red vinegar was outstanding. Interestingly, the use of red vinegar is exclusive to the omakase experience, as it’s hard to find.

The food at this restaurant is good, but not outstanding. I found the portion sizes to be small, even though I don’t usually eat a lot. The sushi rice had a flavor that was different from what I'm accustomed to—it was a bit too sour for my liking. Also, the sauces on the sushi seemed to have a similar taste. Personally, I would rather dine at Sushi Ogawa instead.
