Had an excellent time with the endless hibachi and endless sushi? everything was really endless! Sushi was solid (caterpillar roll was great), hibachi was good (steak and chicken), and the onion soup and ginger salad were outstanding! Plus, all theappetizers, entrees, and desserts were ENDLESS, all for 20 bucks!? That was the best part for sure. The only negative about thisplace that they don?t advertise is if one person at the table orders endless, then EVERYONE is forced to order endless. In otherwords, nobody can order a la carte if one person orders endless. It’s not often that the food at a restaurant is so shockingly terrible that all you can do is shake your head and chuckle. It doesn’t matter that it’s all you can eat; you couldn’t pay us to eat this food again. It’s bad; *bad* bad. Mayonnaise-covered lettuce as a salad; room temperature food; sushi absolutely falling apart; the list goes on. Please, save your money… even gas station sushi would be better than this.Service was as good as expected from a place that very obviously doesn’t support their staff, nor seems to have any training. Server was perfectly nice, but the food took over an hour and a half to arrive, and we didn’t order much.Laughably bad.
Down visiting our son for 10 days, this was our first time here and I must say, I definitely give them 5 stars!!?From the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel so welcome. Our waiter was incredible!, he was so knowledgeable about every item on themenu, made suggestions that were on spot, kept our drinks refilled non stop, honestly can say he is super at what he does. Asfor the food, definitely 5 stars also!, Every thing was fresh, delicious and well worth the price. You can?t beat the price ofall you can eat for the quality of food you get. Will definitely come here again on our next visit!
The sushi here is decent—neither outstanding nor disappointing. However, my main complaint is with the owner, Tony, who started yelling at an employee right in front of customers in the middle of the restaurant. It was completely uncalled for and incredibly disrespectful. No boss or manager should treat their staff that way. Additionally, several items were missing from our order. After Tony dismissed our server in the middle of our meal, we requested the bill so we could leave, but we ended up waiting over 30 minutes for it. I would recommend avoiding this place.

What a deal..all you can eat from both sides of the menu (minus lobster and scallops)for $19.95 for adults. Th pricing for kids made no sense. The hostess was really nice and explained that they changed kids pricing recently and it was based on height andnot age!????!!?? Not sure I get that. My daughter was over the height limit which would have cost me $13.95. My daughter doesnot eat much at buffets, definitely not $13.95 worth. The manager said he would let me pay the $5.95. Service was great and foodwas really good! Definitely recommend!!
Good food and concept in very busy location.... The food is pretty good and the concept of all you can eat hibachi and sushi is pretty clever. The negative is they need the best servers for this type of environment..We went here a few times and service was good one time and terrible the next. People wont come back if service is slow in this type of menu offering. If they get organized and have servers who are friendly and skillful this place can really do good in growing Brandon.
We live in Orlando and always go to Koizi when we're in Tampa. We'll the last few times they've been closed accept for to go, which is understandable. We were so excited to see them open this past weekend! Everything was handled so well, you really feel safe when dining in. Everything was served with disposable dishes and cutlery. I wish I would've gotten the server's name because she was great, but the service is always great when we come! Thank you for reopening!!
I was really quite surprised at the quality...I mean, all you can eat for a shockingly low price sounds too good to be true. Lots of creative rolls, fresh nigiri, pretty diverse menu. Everything was delicious. The place could use a couple moreservers, however...place was not crowded but the servers seemed overwhelmed at times. We will return!

I had a delightful dinner here with friends. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. The only minor issue was that the sushi service slowed down a bit when the kitchen got overwhelmed with a large number of orders, but they were quick to recover and keep the food flowing. Overall, it's definitely worth returning to! Food: 5/5
