I'm not sure what has gone wrong at this location. The way they’re cooking the meat has resulted in it being quite dry, which definitely needs to be improved. Additionally, the staff could use better training; it took them a while to comprehend my order. I sincerely hope the owner notices these issues and makes some changes, as negative experiences can drive customers away. I will think about returning once I see more favorable reviews.
The food used to be excellent, but today we received four incomplete plates with extremely dry meat and undercooked fries. I struggled to explain my order again because the staff didn’t seem to be paying attention, so I ultimately gave up. The food didn’t taste fresh and looked like it had been sitting out for days. It was definitely overpriced for the quality we received. I would have preferred dining at Marathons for what we spent.
I had a very disappointing experience at Kojax Souflaki. The food was poor and unsatisfactory. The staff member, an Indian man, appeared unkempt, with dirty hands and an unpleasant odor. The kitchen was also noticeably unclean. To make things worse, he spent the entire time I was there on his phone. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit.
The service was disappointing. I ordered the Kojax sub, and they sliced the bread unevenly—more like 95% on the bottom and just 5% on top. The top piece was so thin it fell apart while eating. It was also cold, as they didn’t press it enough to heat it through. The food tasted okay, but they definitely need to improve their preparation. Réservez une table maintenant
The meat was rather dry, obviously having been in the container for an extended period. The fountain drink was quite small and came without any refills, and the staff were not very welcoming. I've been to several Kojax locations, and this one is definitely the least impressive.
This place used to be so good like 4 5 years ago. Sad that the food is barely edible anymore. Cold chicken and like the other reviewers said its not good anymore. Just go the mcdonalds instead.
I ordered through Uber Eats and was very disappointed with the sandwich. It was completely a rip-off, with hardly anything in it.
Food was terrible , the guy making it didn’t clean his hands. He honestly stinked , his name was Raj. He kept looking at my Réservez une table maintenant
The staff is very friendly! I always come here for lunch, and the food never disappoints!
