Horrifying. The cashier (the caucasian male) was unbelievably rude to a woman who I saw get hit in the head by the bakery’s entrance metal pole that broke off because it was not installed correctly. She spoke to him and told him that their door hurt her on the head to the point where there was a bump and he replied in a very rude/annoyed tone and said he didn’t see nor hear the pole falling off the door and hitting her on the head. When a metal pole crashes on the ground it’s quite loud. If that had happened to a small child or baby it could have potentially been fatal/seriously hurt them. The cashier showed us bad behaviors and shouted us. My friend is a old lady. No one is not taking our order. When she rang the bell to call anyone, a causian male in the kitchen answered in a seemingly irritated voice that he would help us. But she did not understand what he said because she is old and has hearing problem. A 30~40 seconds later, when she rang the bell again, he shouted to us and said why you rang the bell again although I said to wait. He shouted in a aggressive and annoying voice. I don 't want to go to this coffee shop again because the employee was so rude for a old person.
This is a spacious coffee shop that also serves hot food. We stopped in for dessert after having lunch at the restaurant next door. We ordered 붕어빵, which turned out to be delightful. However, the first pair we received was slightly undercooked, but they addressed the issue promptly and even offered us a complimentary one. Just a heads-up, the coffee prices are a bit on the higher side.

I really enjoyed the ambiance of this coffee shop. Upon entering, it has a soothing and relaxing vibe. I discovered this spot through a recommendation on TikTok, where I heard the BLT was fantastic. I ordered the BLT along with a caramel iced coffee, taiyaki, and dumplings. Everything was delicious and tasted incredibly fresh. I will definitely be returning!
Tried to order a drink but the guy was busy. I learned he was the only person working that day and was overwhelmed by the four patrons waiting because the espresso machine was down. When the lady in front of me asked how long it would be he rudely replied making fun of her accent. I didn't wait to order.Service: 1/5
There was no indication that credit cards could not be used for purchases under $10. However, the staff member refused to accept my credit card. Isn’t that against the law? It’s unfortunate. Customers can report such practices to credit card companies. As for the food, I would give it a solid 5 out of 5.
This restaurant is a hidden gem. It has excellent Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and calming music. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a great cup of coffee while getting some work done! As a bonus, their bubble tea is quite good as well.

I absolutely enjoyed my hot chocolate, misugaru bubble tea, apple pie, and brownies. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy, warm, and clean! Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The coffee is strong and taste good.. the bubbles tea were good.
