I have to say, one of the most delicious restaurants I have tried in Vancouver! I tried it on a whim as there was a promo on the food delivery apps, and am so glad I tried! I got the Coastal Macro bowl, the Turmeric Laksa bowl, and the Kokomo Açai bowl. To be honest I expected the macro to be my fave based on reviews but the Laksa absolutely blew me away! Absolutely flavourful, hearty, full of fresh ingredients. Probably the tastiest thing I’ve eaten in a month lol! The Macro was also good, but the Laksa was amazing. I unfortunately do not have any photos of the food, but I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the textures were on point, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch. The service was informal, fast, and friendly. While I thought it was a bit overpriced, the experience of dining outside made it worth it. The restaurant's location off the main street provided a quieter atmosphere, and the portions were generous. This is the only restaurant in Vancouver that I have given a four-star review to, and I will definitely be returning. I particularly enjoyed the Shawarma dish, as well as another bowl with rice noodles.
Just ordered takeout from here and am super disappointed… I’ve always liked this place, it’s tasty and healthy, and the portions were always filling. Today the portion I got for $18 (plus delivery fees) was so absurdly small it only about half filled the takeout container I think the picture speaks for itself. Literally one broccoli floret cut into 4 smaller pieces, and a few lonely carrot sheds and tofu cubes. Won’t be ordering again, I think I need to order another meal from elsewhere just to feel full. Still tasty though, so if it looks like it’s worth $18 to you, give them a try!
Delicious! So glad my husband and I discovered this place. Shwarma bowl was so tasty and filling with nice fresh veggies. He had the buffalo wrap which was also delicious. Next time we are planning to try the smoothies and acai bowls. Staff was friendly, reasonable prices, will be adding this to our regular rotation!
