in my last night in kassel I came here with my partner for a few drinks before and after a movie that I came back because it was the only non-nighclub style still open. the staff there was really young and friendly, and impressed...I with the harder language skills. German, English, Albanian etc. the bar itself is also really clean and very nice with plenty of space and a large menu for drinks furnished. the bathrooms are also really clean and well maintained. the only negative experience was the owner. he really made me feel comfortable. in the united kingdom of kings, plastics like raw, cutlery etc. are prohibited and where I also live with pick-up boxes, take coffee sauces and plastic / p...
terrible service. waitresses stand there smoking cigarettes in between serving customers and sit outside on the steps talking to friends until they notice that a customer needs service. we were conned as a group of tourists. for a small baguette sliced into 9 pieces they tried to charge us 11 euros. once we confronted the waitress about it she was quick to give us back some of the money because she obviously realised that we were not a pushover! would never o back there again. you are much netter to go to maya coba which is next door, has much netter cocktails, much better service, friendly staff and decent prices
if fusion is a style, then they have it. a wild mix of Asian interior from Indian/Western down to Chinese Buddhist, mixed with Hindu/Japanese up. we had reserved and were placed on a small table when we were asked to be moved, we were told to all. the other empty tables are reserved. we changed the tables, after three hours the half of them were empty. the kitchen is small and offers thai-dishes and burgers. my burger was overdue. but good pommes. the potato burger is a great idea, but comes with prefabricated frozen, not good.
