I’ve dined at Komi Palm before and had a pleasant experience, but my visit yesterday was by far the worst I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The food was downright awful—burnt to the point of producing ash. When I politely brought this up to the server, his response was astonishingly rude. He dismissively said, “That’s how we do it here. If you don’t like it, it’s your fault.” Such arrogance and disrespect are completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, he kept insisting that he hadn’t charged me for the drinks, as if that somehow justified the terrible food.
