I had a 1:00 PM reservation for outdoor seating however the host never looked up my reservation and sat me indoor. The waitress took over 10 minutes to take our lunch order and never returned with our drinks (Water and Coke). We waited an additional 15 minutes and were never served anything. The whole entire staff that was present seemed to be either very nervous or not very friendly. Our waitress was nice but extremely overwhelmed. I will never go there again. Very unprofessional.
My family and I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waiter was inexperienced and didn't know about the specials or how to properly serve us. We felt sorry for him. The manager tried to make things better but was rude and unprofessional, ultimately turning his back on us and telling us to have a nice day. We were not satisfied with the high prices, as my $40 fish and chips only came with one fish, which we found unacceptable.
I probably won't visit this restaurant late at night again. I made a 10pm reservation after attending a show. The hostess station was disorganized, and it took a long time for them to seat us even though the restaurant was nearly empty. Our server took about 20 minutes to come to our table. The food was average, and the restaurant could use some cleaning. We didn't even receive refills on our drinks.
It was date nite for 2 couples . Our waiter good 45 min to bring out drinks we sat on the like patio side appetizers took forever and when they came they was wrong ! Food was horrible . 1 coupons for the pre fix menu and only got their entree never recieved the salad or dessert that went with the meal . Over all terrible experience Réservez une table maintenant
All the food was amazing! We had a large variety of options on the menu, and all the kids and adults were able to choose something that they really enjoyed. We had a great time with a large group of 9.
Neva, our server was wonderful. Great service especially with our customized dinners and drinks! Food was delicious and was great date night for us!
The space is clean and very open. It was easy to have conversations due to the low noise level. Food could have been better
I do not recommend the filet Oscar at this restaurant due to the use of imitation crab meat. Réservez une table maintenant
