I had the worst experience I've ever encountered at a restaurant. Our food arrived at different times, and our orders were mixed up. We didn't receive any water refills, either. Our server seemed to be catering to every table around us, completely ignoring our needs as if we weren't even there. When we brought this to the manager's attention, he acknowledged that our server had failed in his duties and apologized for the terrible service.

For many years ago , Kona Grill has been my favorite restaurant. I was looking forward to go back after a long time. What a disappointment!!!! Terrible service, menu change, we ordered the traditional sea bass. It had no taste . Sorry, it has change so much!!! Needs supervision
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was great, and the food was excellent—everything tasted so fresh and delicious. It’s definitely one of my favorite places to dine. Their sangria with sake is simply the best! Réservez une table maintenant

The waitress was exceptional. There was a bit of a problem locating my OpenTable reservation, but the food was fantastic, especially the sushi.
Good food! Only problem was with beverages. Ordered Kona on tap was not available, then ordered bottled one and was not available.
The restaurant has a problem with their computer system . They couldnt bring the check. We had to wait 40 minutes to fot it. Réservez une table maintenant
