When it comes to the soup, don’t expect tiny slices of mushrooms; you will be served whole mushrooms, and the tofu is not just a few tiny pieces but generous chunks. Just thinking about the explosion of flavors—juicy, spicy, sweet, and sour—in just a bowl of soup here is mouthwatering. If you appreciate authentic country-style goodness—specifically from Thailand—I highly recommend Kong Thai. We always consider Thai food as a safe option.. but unfortunately we didn't have a great experience with food yesterday for lunch. Salad wasn't great, Pad Thai missed it's ingredients and was served without anything. Fried rice was a serving grace. And volcano chicken was ok as I never had them before. We chose this place looking at all the reviews, I wanted to give 1 star but I know it might affect their business.. hope they get things fixed soon.. Cute little spot, very kind people, and delicious food! They gave us free fried spring rolls with our meal, it was so appreciated!! Huge serving sizes for the price, and everything tasted great. Fantastic place. Douangchay is running a great place. Food was great. Pricing really good. Small number of tables. As one of the other reviewers posted, “a diamond in the rough”. This was the best Thai food we've had in New Hampshire! My dad took our orders, and my mom got us free appetizers and water bottles. The service was outstanding! It's a shame we'll definitely miss this place.
