Once we finally reached our table, we realized the room was quite warm and stuffy. Although there was a fan and a small air cooler working, they weren't near us. One window was open, while another adjacent window was closed. When we asked the waitress if the fan could be moved closer to our table, she told us it couldn't be relocated and proceeded to say she would check if she could get permission—but never did. Another waitress came by, and by then we had managed to open the other window. This seemed to bother her, and she closed it with an obvious huff. When we inquired again about moving the fan, she appeared irritated and made a fuss about it, even going as far as to adjust the air cool...

Me and a friend booked here for some food. We had all you can eat menu which was priced at 22.95. Sounds fantastic but there’s a 2 hour limit so once you place your first starter the time apparently starts lol and you have 2...hours from then to order and eat the food, awful in my opinion. The starters came out on a small plate between 2 of us. Honestly I thought it was child portion sizes. very disappointed. 2nd course was a piece of lettuce with what looked liked tin dog food cut up and put in the lettuce. Tasted average 4/10. The last meal was chicken balls sweet sour with rice and curry sauce this was decent but overall we was waiting very long to order our food and before you know the 2...

Thought we would have a Thursday night treat with the kids so the kids decided on Chinese and we ordered a takeaway from Kongs! Ordered crispy chicken noodles at 8.50 and what I received was a tray of dry tasteless rock solid noodles? Looked in...my the tray for chicken but none could be found until I come across a container with some slimy chicken pieces and what I can only describe covered in gravy? No actual Chinese taste involved here. Being confused as if this was right I rang and after two phone calls I was told to tip the slop on the crispy noodles. We recently visited a few times and enjoyed both the Sunday buffet and dishes from the main menu. The food was consistently excellent, and the portions from the main menu were quite generous. I can understand why takeout is not allowed for buffet food, as it could lead to misuse. We particularly loved the shared starter and the house special fried rice. Despite the restaurant being very busy, I was surprised to see negative reviews. Réservez une table maintenant

I felt a bit concerned when I noticed the restaurant had a three-star hygiene rating upon entering. While the dining area was reasonably clean, the restrooms could use some improvement. The staff were friendly, and the food was decent, though it didn't quite have that fresh taste I was hoping for. Although we used to be regulars before having kids, I don't think we'll be in a hurry to return.

The staff was courteous, and the appetizers were good. However, aside from the duck, all the main courses lacked flavor. There was a wide variety of dishes, but it seemed that quantity was prioritized over quality.
