Es ist eine Freude, das Elsass so nah zu haben.. Neben der sehr freundlichen Bewirtung zeichnet sich der Maitre durch sein handwerkliches Können aus. Die Küche ist authentisch. Kein Schnickschnack, nur sehr gut! Hervorragende Moules frites! Kronenbourg 1664 vom Faß! Die liebevoll eingerichtete Gaststube trägt ebenfalls dazu bei etwas länger zu verweilen und zuviel zu trinken.
My husband and I are often here with friends and all enjoy not only the excellent food but also the cozy atmosphere and friendly service. The Alsace cuisine is particularly noteworthy, but every other dish of the versatile menu has always tasted us very well, as the seasonal selection (cooks, asparagus, etc. So: always happy!
I was there once when I was in disgust... Very nice restaurant serving German and French dishes. I tried to prepare local dish with local mushrooms. Very good and obviously drink local, germ beer.. Please note that the restaurant is open from 6 o'clock, so only for a dinner not for lunch.
