Kopan Sushi Ramen - Réservation de table

We were there last night to celebrate a family birthday. We ordered Ebisu Sashimi 18 Pcs Cutlet Ramen, Kuro Mayu Ramen, Kara Miso Ramen, Senorita Roll, OMG Roll, Baked Green Mussel, Spicy Garlic Edamame, salmon roll and the moon roll, they are super tasty and fresh! The only two commands I don't care about are the Crispy Scallop Roll and Popcorn Roll. Customer service was great. Very recommended!!!

This rating is based on the vegan ramen only. The broth is bland, the vegetables are barely cooked, and the noodles are below average. This dish was so poorly executed I question the rest of the menu. Some of the servers are great, others not so much. The interior does have a really cool vibe, but I don?t think I would come back here again.

I visited this restaurant with my family, and while my son isn't a fan of sushi, he's a big ramen enthusiast. Both dishes are of excellent quality here. The smoked items taste like they come from a place that specializes in smoking. The Tempura and Karaage were delightful, and my Sashimi was wonderfully fresh.

"I had been looking forward to dining at this restaurant, but I want to note that the broth used for the ramen is pork-based, so it's important to inform those who may have dietary restrictions. I ordered the Okinawa sushi plate, and it was delicious. The squid balls were also exceptional." Réservez une table maintenant

I highly recommend trying the Jalapeno Bomb and the Mango Salmon Special; I would rate them a perfect 10/10. The third dish deserves a 9/10 from me, but it still offers fantastic flavor. The texture of the dishes is sure to catch your attention!

Baked Green Mussels were a little chewy, but the jalapeno bomb was delicious! Lucky to have perfectly spicy jalapenos. The ramen was also pretty good, but my favorite is from a different restaurant. Overall would order from here again!

Tonkotsu Ramen was amazing! Highly recommend Chashu Fried Rice was also so tasty with a nice picked radish Super Crunch Roll was ok missing eel sauces which made it a bit bland

What a fantastic restaurant! The atmosphere and decor were absolutely stunning. The food was amazing as well! I can't stop thinking about the black garlic dishes. Réservez une table maintenant
