5 stars for food and 3 stars for service. They have issues with answering the phone when I call and the service is slow and the staff is not the warmest. They have a large parking lot which is also a plus in my book. I usually go to to the Encino location but I was in the area so I figured I?d try this one out. I?ve always been a huge fan of Ramen and have been to many in the valley, but this chain is my all time favorite. They have sushi as well which makes a great appetizer. I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. It seems they forgot to temporarily pause their Uber Eats orders. They even called us to ask us to cancel our order, after wrongly accusing us of causing the mix-up. I'm confused about how they obtained our contact information since our order hadn't gone through. According to the Uber app, the food was ready, yet when we arrived, they claimed the order was never placed. Although we had already been charged, we were left waiting in their hot and crowded lobby for half an hour while they tried to resolve the issue with Uber Eats. They seat you quick food takes a little while to cone to you but YOU CANT RUSH ART.LOL HAHAHHAH????????????..service is great I love sushi but can't use chopsticks ???? guy was so cool about it he got me limetrainers you put on the sticks to see if I can do it...but just incase I FAIL (WHICH I DID) he brought me utensils.so super cool????...prices are decent , Only suggestion would be to have their sodas be free refills instead of in a can it's kind of cheapfor the good quality of a restaurant that it is.

This restaurant is amazing! The staff is friendly and exceptionally welcoming. The broth is among the best I've ever had—rich and full of flavor. The seafood was fresh, though the rice could use some enhancement. You absolutely must try the baked shells at least once; they’re delightful. The shishito peppers are also fantastic. Overall, this place feels like one of our fortunate discoveries.
This restaurant is amazing! Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. We had the truffle salmon, Geisha roll, and spicy ramen, and each one was a perfect 10 out of 10. I was so immersed in the flavors that I completely forgot to take pictures. If you’re looking for great sushi or ramen, this place is a must-visit. Plus, there’s a Daiso store right next door!
We ordered vegetable tempura, a dragon roll, a veggie roll and an avocado roll along with a couple of Sapporo beers. What a great meal! The flavors were fresh and the presentation was mouth watering. They also offer ramen. I highly recommend this place for all sushi lovers, vegetarian or otherwise.
