We had a terrible experience at "Spicy Girl." The sushi rice and all the ingredients were extremely mushy, almost like baby food. We waited an hour for our California roll and another roll, and by the time they finally arrived, my friend had already finished his hot meal. The rice was just really subpar—it was incredibly disappointing.

If you believe you've experienced excellent sushi but want to elevate your expectations, this is the place to visit. As someone who exclusively enjoys sashimi, I can say their fish is carefully selected each week and shared among their locations. You won’t find fresher fish anywhere else.
One of my favorite spots for sushi in LI. The sushi for 2 can easily feed 3-4. I?m a big fan of their salmon here since I find it to be slightly more fatty than other places. Also try the sautéed oysters. It?s covered in a butter sauce mixed with its juices and some lemon. So delicious. Réservez une table maintenant
If you think that you are looking for amazing sushi and you are looking to make your previous experiences, this is where you want to go. I'm a straight Sashimi eater. Your fish will be handpicked every week and distributed among the restaurants and you will not find a fresher fish
The American waiter was excellent, but unfortunately, the management and food quality have really declined. Prices have gone up, and it's simply not worth the increase. I've tried to return a few times, but I've come to realize it's definitely not worth it anymore.
Kotobuki is an absolute must-visit. The food is outstanding. We sampled several sakes, the dumplings were flawless, and the Hole-in-One Roll perfectly combined shrimp tempura with a classic sushi roll.

This place is a must. The food is amazing. We tried a few Sakes, the dumplings were perfect and the Hole-in-one Roll was a perfect blend of shrimp empura and traditional sushi roll.
