My father-in-law, wife, and daughter were in town from Taiwan and wanted a good Chinese restaurant to eat at. The one I had previously taken him to was closed for 4th of July, but I came across KPB Asian Bistro. Reviews were good, food photos looked good, so I decided on KPB. He brought a few of his siblings along and together we totalled 13 people. So my wife called ahead to let them know we were coming and asked if some tables and chairs could be set up for us. Came around 7:45, near to closing and disappointing that the man worked (I take the owner) was so friendly and explained the sizes and was so patient. He used to check us for a second and took an employee to take the payment so he could go back and start our food, which was so beautiful. FOOD WAS FRESH FRESH scratches made with love! amazing food. King pow trio, shrimp fried rice , chow meow, orange chicken and egg rolls. Will definitely be back

If you want good produce, selection of fresh meats, fish, vegetables etc.. NO SUBSTITUTES, this is the place. Dining inside, spacious so clean, or take out with the best utensils and packed expertly.. ULTIMATELY THE BEST CHINESE GOURMET FOOD IN TOWN !!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This restaurant is a hidden Gem! Absolutely the Best Asian food around. Freshly made, the vegetables are cooked but NOT overcooked. I Love their Orange chicken, Egg flower soup Shrimp Fried rice AMAZING. Do yourself a favor and order out or dine in. Plus their staff are Friendly Polite Réservez une table maintenant

Small, quiet, hidden gem in Santa Fe Springs, Heritage Industrial park, huge servings, service is nice and quick, great prices, air conditioned, nice dining area. Food is fresh and made to order. It's a weekly lunch stop for my family. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Friendly staff and very nice portions of great tasting food. Bummer that they are not open on weekends but I get it, they are located in a kind of hidden predominantly offices area that you won't see if you are driving on Telegraph, the main road.
