We decided to try Kraku's restaurant for lunch. It is a real authentic Polish restaurant. This family-run restaurant was in operation for sixteen years, with Mom working in the kitchen and daughter waiting the tables. When we arrived, we were immediately welcomed and set. The restaurant is clean and spacious because of Kovid. There was a lunch. Everyone seemed to be present. When we ordered our drinks, they were served immediately. Our waitress took our order of tomatoes and Zurek soups, Pierogie, Polish samplers and Hungarian Gulasch. The soups were served hot large bowls. Both were rich in taste. Next came the Pierogi. Had a dinner for 15 people. Meals tasted like homemade. Everyone enjoyed and I would recommend this restaurant for authentic Polish cuisine. The people who work there are also honest. I left a $100 deposit before the day of dinner celebration and forgot about it on the day of dinner. The chief/owner called me back the same night and let me know that the $100 were not deducted on account and come back at any time to get the $100. Good food, good karma and waiting staff are also professional.

I highly recommend this restaurant for delicious and authentic Polish cuisine. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. The service is excellent, and I had a great dining experience for lunch. The cost per person is typically between $20 to $30. I give the food and service a rating of 5, and the atmosphere a 4. After a wake up in the city, it stopped for a bite. It is a very traditional feeling with really beautiful portions, and a great price to boot. Everything was fresh and delicious!
