Kravitz Delicatessen Inc

This is a classic delicatessen! They prepare their own meats, and you can see them bringing the ingredients straight from the back. The customer service was outstanding—upon entering, we were warmly greeted and quickly seated, even in these times. Our waitress was attentive, taking our orders promptly and answering all our questions. We tried the fish plate (not pictured), which was freshly made and delightfully crunchy. The Italian dish was incredible, especially with the sweet peppers. We also sampled some pastries, which unfortunately didn’t survive the hour-long drive home. You can really tell that they put a lot of care and passion into their food. It's definitely worth the trip!

What a charming little deli! The sandwiches are fantastic, and the Reuben is truly outstanding! They have a diverse menu featuring delicious options like pierogies and potato latkes. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and Jack, the son of the original owner Rose who started this place in 1939, adds a personal touch to the experience. Family-owned businesses like this are hard to come by and embody the essence of the American dream. If you find yourself deciding between a chain like Subway and a local gem like Kravitz, always opt for the local favorite!

Charming New York-style deli with delicious food and friendly, welcoming staff. The portion sizes are just right, offering choices for all appetites, whether big or small. The pastry case is filled with delightful treats as well, including kipfel and other traditional desserts. I will definitely be returning to this spot when I'm in the area.

My favorite restaurant in the Youngstown area is absolutely fantastic. Their homemade bagels and soups are incredible. The sandwiches are generous portions and truly delicious. You must try the made-to-order corned beef hash—it's a must! The owner and his team are wonderful, and the service is consistently top-notch. Réservez une table maintenant

Not only was this truly the best Reuben I've ever eaten I had the Northside bc I like mine better w cole slaw! , but we also chatted w the owner when the lights went out. He checked up on all his patrons to make sure we were all ok as the storm rolled through! Wonderful!!

This is a fantastic kosher-style gem in the Youngstown, Ohio area. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch, especially the corned beef sandwich, which was incredibly tender. The baked goods are also excellent, and it's great to know they're made fresh on-site!

I had a traditional Reuben yesterday, and I have to say it's one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Kravitz is an icon in Youngstown; the food and service are always top-notch!
