Terrible customer support: I think the food must be good. It smells really delicious from the outside. We went at 13:30 (they close at 15:00) and asked for a place. A lady, please the owner, has released us. I have the impression that the place was not so full, so I checked in the Quandoo if they accept reservations. They did, so I did one. To make sure we could eat, I called and a gentleman confirmed my reservation. So I went in happy with my reservation, and the same dismissed lady returned that there was no room and I told you already. Please note that the entire exchange was in German. I cannot imagine how she treats adventurous non-germanically speaking potential customers. So if you're lucky, and you happen to come by chance when the lady has time for you, or if she likes you enough to let you in, you might enjoy a nice meal and feel very special. I think she has enough local customers, and she doesn't really need, There are other beautiful places here. I insisted because my children were hungry, and it was near our hotel. Otherwise I would never have insisted on eating here.
We stopped at the place for a quiet dinner and it did not disappoint us. It is tucked away in an inner court yard accessible through a passage. It has several little rooms and some table outside in the courtyard. The menu selections are limited...but they have Austrian specialties. Service was very attentive. Food quality was excellent.
