I was the only person in line and ordered two of the same lattes. Waited about 10 minutes to even pay, and then another 5 for my drink. The first drink she handed me was just an iced black coffee, and when I asked if this was a latte because there was no milk, she told me that’s how the machine made it. Then asked me to pull up and wait for the second one, where I got told to “get the f out of the way” by another customer behind me. Eventually they brought out my second one, and it’s crazy that it’s a totally different color than the first. Almost like the second one actually had milk in it! I would’ve given this place no stars, but the manager did offer me three free donuts for the wait, so...
