Krispy Kreme - Réserver une table

The online app does not work. Got there for the order and they had no record of it. The front working gentleman handed us donuts but they weren't the ones we ordered. So he fixed it for us and apologized. I don't understand why two women were busy gossiping at the drive through window instead of helping. Then they'd get donuts for 2 cars that went through while we were there 20+ minutes waiting for our order one gives everyone a look of attitude but still doesn't do anything to help. There were approximately 10 people in the store waiting before we left.

I've checked both Nashville area locations and neither of them ever have the maple iced doughnuts any more. To us, that's a classic selection and should always be available just like the chocolate iced doughnuts. No wonder KK is struggling, they charge high prices and don't stock what customers want to buy. Maybe it's life's way to tell we don't need to be eating doughnuts anyway. No longer checking with KK because they'll be too busy making a pumpkin spiced doughnuts, you know that's a big yr round seller... NOT!

Worst Krispy Kreme ever. Pulled up to get donuts at 10pm even tho the website says they close at 11pm. Employees inside will just stare and wait for you to get back in your car so they can lock the doors and not answer drive thru

Just purchased 1/12 dozen original glazed doughnuts from this location at $12.89. They were refrigerated cold and as day old doughnuts. Will not go there again.
