Fantastic service from Ellen at the Bexleyheath location! We stopped in for a donut, but their system was down, preventing us from using our apps. Ellen was incredibly helpful and friendly; she offered to print a receipt from the till so we could redeem our smiles later. She apologized for the system issues and even suggested we come back to collect the receipts, with the codes clearly highlighted. I was served by Lucy at Krispy Kreme Bexleyheath, and she was absolutely wonderful. She informed me about the new doughnut options on the menu and managed to persuade me to get more than I initially planned. She's a delightful employee and I highly recommend her service.
