The chicken arrived in an aluminum tray, which made me feel a bit sorry for my delivery person—I really had no idea it would come like that! If I had known, I would have tipped better! The chicken was incredibly hot when it arrived, and I can only imagine how amazing their car smelled!
Now, about the chicken—it's all in the name of the restaurant, and it's certainly accurate! It was crispy, but not so crunchy that it hurt my gums, like at some places. I was really impressed with how flavorful the skin was and that the meat itself had genuine flavor too. Unlike many places that skip seasoning, it felt like they seasoned the chicken the day before and fried it fresh the next day.

In my last four DoorDash orders, they have consistently been out of common items and have substituted them with alternatives. Unfortunately, for my most recent order (3-piece fried white chicken, mashed potatoes, and a biscuit), it seems they were out of everything and simply sent a bunch of tenders instead. If I wanted tenders, I would have ordered them! If you can’t keep your popular menu items in stock, then stop advertising them as available. Save your money and steer clear of this restaurant.

My review is from grubhub ordering. I ordered 3 piece chicken (mixed) with waffle fries. Everything from order to delivery went smoothly, except instead of getting what I ordered, I got spicy chicken strips! There were no waffle fries so they gave me extra chicken...but how would I know it was extra when it wasn't what I ordered? Also, the bag it was delivered in was not sealed at all...it barely closed! Totally disappointed...
I frequently pass by this location and was surprised to discover it’s located inside the Shell Gas Station when I looked it up online. The portions were generous, and the food was well-seasoned without being overly salty. I didn’t order a biscuit since it wasn’t included with the meal. Overall, it’s a great place to grab lunch, especially since they close at 4 PM.

I didn't get what I ordered and the bag they put it in wasn't sealed and could barely be closed.
