My experience at Krispy Krunchy Chicken New Jersey was incredibly disappointing. The food seemed like it had been left under a heat lamp all day. My chicken sandwich was nothing more than a soggy patty on a bun—lacking mayo and pickles, just the patty and bun. It looked so unappetizing that even my dog wouldn’t go near it. The fries and fried shrimp were just as bad; they were so dry that I nearly choked on them while eating. I really wish I could give zero stars and get a refund for this menu disaster.
I recently ordered takeaway lunch from Krispy Krunchy Chicken New Jersey and was very impressed with the food—it was excellent and easily deserves a 5 out of 5. The service, however, was average, so I’d rate it a 3. The atmosphere was lacking and would get a 2 from me. Overall, if you’re looking for tasty food at an affordable price, this spot is a great option!
The chicken was tasty, but instead of two chicken breasts, I received two extra thighs. Are you out of breasts? I'm not a fan of dark meat, so this was quite disappointing. Exchanging two thighs for two breasts is not acceptable.
The shrimp was delicious, but the chicken was tough and served cold, and the crust was quite hard. Overall, it was not a very enjoyable experience.
