highlights of Kroger's let me see well there's always at least 300 people trying to take bottles back that's pretty fast second the store is so small it seems like it gets fully compacitated by an hour after it opens I'm talking shoulders shoulder I guess that's being friendly and you could say goodbye to the covid restrictions at Kroger's people don't wear their masks they don't care about social distancing this is the lines are so long I stood in customer service yesterday for 45 minutes and that's pretty bad but yeah Kroger's is good you should come
What a disaster! They never seem to have what you need. I was surprised to find only five flavors of Yoplait yogurt on the shelf. Seriously? They were also out of three other items I was looking for. The guy at the self-checkout, Bruce, was as friendly as a doorknob. He was incredibly rude and didn’t even bother to acknowledge any customers while he chatted away with other employees. I only stopped by because I was nearby, but I won't be returning. It's a complete dump!
I usually buy gift cards when they offer 4x the points, which I do once a month. For example, spending $200 on gift cards for places like Amazon, eBay, Lowe's, and many restaurants easily earns me 800 points, translating to 80 cents off a gallon of gas. The rest of my points come from grocery shopping at Kroger—things like milk, eggs, meat, and more.

I was returning some cans and bottles when I encountered a young Kroger employee. He was doing an excellent job servicing the equipment and assisting customers with flair.
Do not order custom cakes or cupcakes here they don’t care about anything no color no taste or design they don’t care very unprofessional
If I could give zero stars it would get none cause they never have money in the registers. Waited 30 minutes for a $3 bottle return.
