Kroger Bakery - Réserver une table

I was extremely surprised by my visit to this Kroger bakery. Initially I was not pleased because my cupcake order was not ready 3 hours past the expected time. However, Dalin sensed my frustration and called for her manager Joe. They found my order in the pil for the next day. They proceeded to complete my order in record time and Jo even gave me the cupcakes for free which was never my expectation. They certainly made a great situation out of a bad one. This is truly what I call good customer service. Thanks so much Dalin and Joe!!!

Made my annual Passover shopping trip visit. Items are still coming in so selection was not as good as usual but hoping they will get more I can pick up a few things next time I go there
