Looked lovely from the outside and very traditional on the inside. You have to find your own table, don't wait to be seated. Good service, friendly staff. She gave us an English menu and even took me over to the cake counter so we could choose our own desert! Traditional food, I had the trio of dumplings (eat around the pool of melted butter, but still delicious) and my partner had the flamen kutchen (a flat bread pizza) and finished with a fine selection of cake and torte - the place in Garmish P to come for cake apparently. Nice place and horrible waiter. We came at 5.30pm for dinner, but the kitchen is closed at 6pm. Earlier this day we had coffee and cake here and ask the waiter about the reservation for the evening, so she could inform us about the working hours, but she didn't. When we arrived in the afternoon, she seemed to be very happy to tell us, that they soon close. Poor girl, probably hates her job and serving people. Anyway, the restaurant was quite stinky at this time, so maybe she saved my stomach, even not willing to :))

Get ready to plunk down some change for the treats at this locale. Food is very good and the sweets are heavenly. All teas that you drink on the menu are for sale downstairs. The decor reminds me of the coffeehouses in Vienna. Sit upstairs on the terrace and soak in the sunshine while people-watching if you want to go for the full-on European experience.

We went there with a small kid and we tasted some cakes (the variety of them made it difficult to chose just one), ice-cream desserts, which were also very good and coffee. We were very satisfied with what we've got. The service was nice and we didn't wait long for the order. Réservez une table maintenant

After an Italian lunch, we stopped there for tea and dessert. It was sunny enough to seat outside, great place, go inside the bakery, awesome choice of pastries, not very light, but still very good! Great staff, very friendly service which is always a plus.

This place is everything you want a German Konditorei to be. The setting is gorgeous, the cakes are amazing, and the service is friendly. I just wish I could have hung out here more. Try the poppy seed (Mohnstreusel) cake. Stupendous!

Went there as we had heard that it is one of the oldest coffeehouse in G-P. It didnt disappoint. Wonderful coffe and pastry selection, a must try if you're in town...

Perfect Germknödel! Best in GaPa! This place was recommended by locals, so it's worth to trust. The interior is really cosy and authentic.
