Krug's Tavern is an absolute gem! Their burgers are a must-try, featuring massive, flavorful meat patties that are juicy and cooked to perfection. Each bite is a delight! The customer service is outstanding—attentive and friendly staff ensure you have everything you need for a fantastic dining experience. I was referred by Mike Jones from the Hackensack Brewery and travelled all the way from Brooklyn with my girlfriend and her brother. It was close to closing but the staff welcomed us in and was so kind to our party. The cozy atmosphere makes it ideal for a relaxed meal with friends or family. If you're craving an unforgettable burger feast, this is the place to be! Highly recommend!

1.8K reviews. And 4.6 stars. No way humanly possible. 40 minutes to get wings, mozzarella sticks that were burnt beyond recognition and a flavor less juicy burger because it was undercooked. 9 wings and we were told 10 come in an order. Why did that last wing come out in two minutes and the first 9 took 40? Maybe because it was a slow night? Easter which is free at 99% of places is $2 a bottle. I got water for $1 in NYC. I’m in disbelief. Maybe the entire staff was just off? Don’t waste your time or money. I need to talk to the people who left the other reviews, maybe they’ve never been to a solid restaurant or maybe they are friends. Not possible that it’s an honest review.

Love this bar. However, it was a second time I go there and this person simply kick me off. I really enjoy to be there and always referred to friends to go there but this guy attitude it's crazy. He was bullying a young kid working there and I just told the kid he was doing a good job and he came after me. You can not accept this behavior. All others in the bar are great but this guy simply kicked me out tonight. Shame.

Hands down one of the juiciest and tastiest burger joints in Newark! Go during mid-day on a random weekday. The wait for your food is a bit long if you're impatient but it's worth the wait. There is on-site parking, limited but available and you watch the burgers being cooked right next to the bar. So good! This was my second time and I'm a happy camper. Réservez une table maintenant

There’s not a better place in Jersey to go than Krug’s. Best food , awesome service and overall rocking place! Bartenders are super friendly fast with service. Food is always the best try the employee sauce wings you’ll never go anywhere else !!

A bar in the city so the atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect. The service was awesome. The burgers are monumental. I never saw so many fresh patties on one grill. You will not be disappointed.
