"Decided on this for lunch at universal studio and honestly was pretty good. Lines are long but it goes fast. Food is made in an assembly line so things are already made and you get your like few minutes after ordering. In terms of food it's a burger. Cooked well and has everything you need to be full. I got the clogger burger and the ribwich and I'd pick the burger over the rib sandwich. Both were good tho."

Yes, it's named after Krusty from the Simpson. Never did I think I'd come to a place like this, then return again. Let's face it, theme park food is less than desirable, but when we're in the park and hungry, what do we do? Pick the place with a shorter line and menu options. But Krusty turned out to be a decent choice. Here, you'll line up as you do with all the rides. Menu are posted in a few places for you to decide. Once you snake around the line, an available cashier will call you over. Place your order and wait by the counter for your name to be called. While waiting, grab your condiment, utensils and napkins. We tried their Clogger burger and the Sideshow hotdog. (See my menu photo for what they are) The burger was surprisingly tasty, pretty big and filling. The hotdog was heavy with plenty of chili, and of course messy. For what it is, the dog wasn't bad either. The fries however, were meh. There are seats downstairs but the main attraction is upstairs. There's a much larger seating area and the decor is fun to look at. The larger dining room has Simpson artwork throughout. How long you'll wait will vary. On a decent day, from line to food on the table is about 20-30 minutes. Once we walked by near a holiday and the line looked more than 2X longer then previous visits. I estimate that to be over an hour wait, if you're lucky enough to even snag a table. Pro-tip, have designated person line up to order while the others grab a table. It beats walking around with trays of food looking for a seat. The 4 is for the artwork, as I enjoy looking around while stuffing my face. The food itself is a ok, but better than I expected.

Krusty Burger is like the beloved Simpsons character we all hate. It's cool on the outside, but a mess internal. The food is really good. It is a amusement park eating so that ridiculous prices await. I found the line actually moving quite fast, but waiting for food is a mess! There is also an inconvenience whether they call your order by name or number. A lot collects and hopes that it will be called in order. In my case, it didn't happen. I only saw a few orders after my meal was before me. That's okay. I was simply unpleasant to see that people hang at the bar and the workers for their food.... basically they bug them, and to close these people, the worker takes a food product from other customers order and gives them to get rid of them... Smart, Cuz, I'd do that... Actually, I wouldn't do it, I'd tell them to wait their damn turn like all the others, but I understand. No problem with the furnishings, only with the guests who are rude and cannot wait. The food is pretty good. I recommend this place. I wish they had a meal for children like a Krusty Happy. That would be Dope.

In the price. And the food was cold, twice. The rib sandwich had no sauce on it and was cold. The hot dog was decent the beer was good. But much too expensive and had to check them twice for my order. Once they found it. The food was cold. And then it told them that the food is cold before taking it, they acted like it strange and strange that it took 30 minutes for the food, then it is cold .. would not recommend this place.

The line could look long, but it moves quite fast as you are distracted by the interior and the TVs hanging in the walls. Your menu is pretty funny. They really go their for the experience of eating at a Krusty Burger from Simpsons, so not too high expectations with their food. Our burgers came a little cold and the frits were a bit cold and dry. Do not forget to take your tablet to the second floor and enjoy the decorations.
