Pulled up, waited 7 minutes to get to the speaker. Only one car ahead. After sitting at the speaker for 5 min and listening to background chatter from inside via the employees headset, I asked Hello, I 'm sorry, were you talking to me? I was told, I wasn 't talking to you. Then, another 6 minutes passes, I say, Hello, are y 'all ready for me? . Told, Please, look over the menu and I 'll be back . I said, I 've been here over 10 minutes, I already know . No response from inside. 5 cars behind me at that point. Waited another 5 minutes at that point. The car interior of me has been gone a few minutes. I would have never been addressed with out initiating conversation. The was only 1 car in front of me when I pulled up. I should have left after I was told to look over them menu. This is the second time this year I 've sat there over 10 minutes with no response. Not sure if there is a staffing issue, but no excuse for absent customer response time. I will most likely not be back at this point. Whomever owns this store and corporate need to conduct an internal investigation. I 'd strongly advise this franchise owner restaff and reevaluate to protect their investment. people here were rude. i ordered 12 Krystal’s with junkyard fries. they told me to pull up so I could wait on my fries. Keep in mind i was the only one in the line. 10 minutes later they bring out my fries. when i get home i look and they are plane fries. took 10 minutes to bring out basic fries. they even said over the speaker “junkyard fries?” and i told them correct they just didn’t give it to me. let not even talk about their attitudes. Best place to get cold food, hard buns and slow staff in Mobile! Was in the restaurant 13 mins before I saw an employee. Got my pickup order and it was cold, buns are hard, and was not edible. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
