I was in the Morrow location on Jonesboro Rd a few days ago with my son after school. My son walks in, is Soo in love with the dinning area. He said, oouu mommy it 's so fancy in here (he 's 7) light skin brother with locs behind the counter belts out an order, #1 no cheese drink no ice! I 'm not a regular or frequent this establishment. I 'm from UpTop! We don 't do Krystals. White Castle all day! But I said, 'let me give them a try ' the gentleman got my order right that was only my 2nd time in there. Shout out to him for providing superior customer service!
I came to this Krystal this morning to get breakfast on 04/13/24 The breakfast looked Horrible the biscuit was burnt the eggs was hard And cold, grits was cold And And Slice of cold cheese put on top When I request for my money back she told me that she couldn't give me my money back because the manager didn't allow her to return money. At this point I took a picture of that Breakfast and I will be reporting it with picture to corporate
I went there last night and I could not believe the service that I got we waited over 30 minutes for our food and they began serving other cars before they were serving us our food when we did finally get our food it was literally cold it and that was unbelievable for as long as they took. You should screen your employees better, because those on duty last night were just not capable of doing the job...never again.!!!
Terrible service. My mom went to this location today for breakfast and received this for a meal. She was told that she wasn't going to be able to get a refund due to the manager telling the employees that they are not able to give refunds. IShe had to refuse to move her car to get her money back. Cold and burned food is unacceptable and the service is even worse.

I bought a bacon egg and cheese biscuit this morning on my way to work and the biscuit was so hard and the lady that worked the drive thru was so rude she had a attitude if u dont want to work quit. I work hard for my money to just waste on food i cant eat . I want be back there and dont Recommend. Anyone to go there !!
The food was delicious once we finally received it. However, there seemed to be a shift change happening during our visit, which caused us to wait quite a while. Additionally, the ladies' restroom toilet did not have a proper back, which was a bit unsettling, although it was still functional.
Asked for my order a certain way, they did nothing I asked. And I waited an additional 10 minutes. Just did what the wanted to. Will never be back. Thats a promise
